On February 17th, 2019 in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, Rensei Education Center conducted a series of training programs for more than 250 senior members of Mai Linh Group in “Ve nguon”  the 2019 company trip of Mai Linh.

At the training session, RENSEI VIETNAM shared JAPANESE TRAINING PROGRAMS hosted by Mr. Yuji Konno – General Director of Rensei Vietnam.

 

The training lessons were included in the programs are as below:
OMOTENASHI hospitality culture of Japan – Serving customers with whole hearted spirit.
5S management methods in Japanese spirit
Leadership improvement
The art of public speaking

Discussion: Each group discussed and sent a representative to speak

In addition to implementing the training program, Rensei Vietnam also accompanied Mai Linh Group in the “Ve nguon” 2019 Company trip. This is one of the meaningful cultural activities to show gratitude towards ancestors. Rensei Vietnam would like to congratulate on the success of the training program and hope there will be more cooperation projects in the future between the two companies.
